We are excited to annouce our 2018 Hunt for Good will be hosted by SPiN Chicago!
What is The Hunt for Good?
The Hunt for Good is a three hour team scavenger hunt across the Chicago Loop and surrounding neighborhoods searching for ‘the simple good’ across the city. Teams will compete to solve riddles, complete tasks and discover works of art spread across the Loop and surrounding neighborhoods. Every successfully completed task earns points. The top 3 teams in each wave will be awarded medals and the top 3 teams overall will receive a team trophy. Teams will also have special opportunities to find prizes including event tickets, art pieces and gift certificates during their hunt! The Hunt for Good benefits Chicago non-profit, The Simple Good, whose mission is to connect the meaning of good from around the world to empower at-risk youth to become positive activists through art and discussion.
What is included in registration?
Each participant will receive an event tshirt and (1) cocktail at the wrap party hosted by SPiN. Each team will receive an event tote bag. The top (3) teams in each wave will receive finisher medals. The top (3) overall teams will receive team trophies.

How is The Hunt for Good scored?
All scoring will be completed through Instagram. Each team must create a team Instagram account or designate a participant’s personal account for scoring. Once an answer to a riddle is found, a task is completed or item identified the team must take a photo of the group with the answer in the picture and post to the team account. Judges will follow each team’s page and confirm if the answer is correct. Once the correct answer is confirmed points will be assigned.
Can I participate without a team?
Currently there is not an option for a solo hunt. Teams must have between 2-4 particpants.
How old must participants be at the time of the Hunt?
Registration is open to individuals 14 and older. Participants under 18 must be on the same team as a parent or legal guardian.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is some street parkign available near the start/check in point. Public transportation is encouraged.

What’s the refund policy?
The Hunt for Good is non-refundable though tickets are transferable. To transfer your ticket to another person, login to your Eventbrite Attendee account here. Click the ‘My Tickets tab”, followed by “View your Order” to edit your ticket. Enter the name and email address of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to and press “Save”.
The event is rain or shine. While check in and the after party will be indoors the event will require participants be outdoors for extended periods of time. Chicago weather can be unpredictable even in June so be sure to check the forecast and dress accordingly.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A photo ID and PDF ticket, printed or digital, will be required to check in and pick up your team tote bag and shirt.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
