What a wonderful morning

I took this picture on my first venture outside the country without my family walking around in Istanbul awe-struck by how big and diverse our world is, yet it continues to get smaller and smaller every day.

I took this picture at the peak of a Ugandan boat safari up the Nile River to Murchison Falls, where the entire Nile crashes through a 7m wide opening in the rocks and then tumbles down into the river below. I really felt the power of this mighty river today.

The Chinese countryside in Yanghshao is really best seen by bamboo raft. It was a really peculiar experience to be floating down this sleepy river in a bamboo raft with bamboo growing all around me.

i was walking around west town festival and I saw this little kid going for the sprinklers. I am always fascinated trying to imagine how children process the world.
